The daily reality

Today's spray is typed up from memory in the evening.

After the field there is barely time for clean records. Product, dose and area are typed into the record book from memory in the evening, the registration number and growth stage are missing, and the next job is already due. From 2027 documentation in Germany must also be electronic and machine-readable.

Why a dedicated Scrypa Farm

Scrypa Farm knows the language of arable farming, product names, crops and pests, and adds the EPPO code, BBCH stage and registration number automatically. A general-purpose dictation tool understands neither dose rate nor treatment threshold.

I speak the application while I clean the sprayer. By the time I leave the field the record is already complete in the record book, with registration number and everything.

Secure & compliant

Plant protection record-keeping duty

Applications are recorded under Article 67 of Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 and § 11 of the German Plant Protection Act with product, registration number, dose, area, crop and date, and kept for at least three years.

Extended details since 2026

Since 1 January 2026 the crop EPPO code, the BBCH stage and the geo-reference of the field are part of the records. From 1 January 2027 the electronic, machine-readable form is mandatory in Germany.

Fertilisation records

Fertilisation is documented per field with type, quantity and nutrient, within the deadline of the German fertiliser ordinance and kept separate from plant protection.

Offline and EU hosting

Works even without mobile coverage at the field edge and syncs later. All farm and field data is processed exclusively within the EU.
