Advice and placement work has to be evidenced, yet the time to do it appears between two appointments. German law itself names a caseload of 1:75 for people under 25 and 1:150 from 25 upwards in Social Code Book II, which says a lot about how tightly the day is packed. That is exactly the gap Scrypa Frontline works in.
Built around the case system
We orient ourselves around the records the law actually asks for: case note, potential assessment, cooperation plan, support plan and participant record. The fields follow the statutory categories and the filing logic of the case system, not the shape of free dictation.
Tested with providers
The recognition of specialist terms is developed with case managers, training providers and advice services. In pilot programmes we check whether the structured entries hold up in an unannounced, document-based inspection and whether they land in the right place in the target system.
Measurably lighter workload
In pilot projects we measure the time per case note, the completeness of mandatory details and the share of documentation that happens outside appointment time. The goal is more time for the conversation and less catching up in the evening, transparently measured rather than claimed.
