Scrypa Care

Research & evidence.

Voice-based documentation is well studied in nursing. Time studies from care facilities and clinics show that a substantial part of the shift goes into documentation and that spoken capture at the bedside noticeably reduces this share. Scrypa Pflege brings these findings into the daily reality of the residential unit and the home care round.

Grounded in nursing science

We draw on nursing-specific documentation time studies and on established structural standards such as the SIS care planning model and the nursing report. Terminology, scales and reporting categories are modelled to fit the logic of nursing documentation, not a generic dictation.

Tested with care facilities

The recognition of nursing terms is developed in exchange with nurses, nursing directors and facility managers. In pilot programmes we check whether the structured entries hold up to the requirements for complete and verifiable nursing documentation under SGB XI.

Measurably lighter workload

In pilot projects we measure documentation time per shift, completeness of entries and audit readiness against the requirements of the German medical review service. The goal is less time at the screen and more time with people, transparently measured rather than claimed.

Statements on effect and study findings are illustrative or based on industry studies. Collaborations are marked as intended; no existing partnership is claimed.
