We share pricing on request, because it depends on industry, organization size, and target systems. As a guide value, we bill per active user per month. That way you pay for actual use, not for licenses sitting on a shelf.
A care service with twelve people has different requirements than a provider with 30 locations. Instead of a list price that fits no one, we make you an offer that fits your size and your target system. The tiers named set the frame.
Yes. The pilot is deliberately small and cancellable monthly, so you can try Scrypa for real in a manageable area. If it goes well, you move into the Team tier without breaking your data.
As a rule of thumb: up to about 15 people the Pilot fits, from about 15 to 150 people the Team tier, and from about 150 people Enterprise. What matters is not the exact number, but your need for locations, systems, and administration.
Scrypa runs on existing mobile devices and is ready to go without a lengthy IT project. Onboarding is included in Team and Enterprise. We discuss custom system integrations transparently in the quote beforehand.
Processing and storage take place within the EU in line with GDPR, and audio data is deleted after transcription. We provide a data processing agreement, extended in the Enterprise package according to your requirements.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, for example from the Pilot to the Team tier, without losing your existing data or learned terminology. Adding further locations is also possible at any time.
