Product

How Scrypa works.

What Scrypa can do, how the AI scribe writes into your existing system, and why your voice becomes the tool.

Scrypa is an AI voice assistant, a so-called AI scribe, for professions where your hands are busy at work. You speak in the moment of work, Scrypa structures what you say and transfers it automatically into your existing target system. That way documentation happens where the work happens, rather than later at a desk.

Scrypa is software for many professions where your hands are busy at work: nursing, veterinary medicine, trades, medical practices and pathology, expert assessors, and hairdressing and cosmetics businesses. The workflow stays the same, only the terminology, the templates, and the target systems adapt to the respective industry.

No. Scrypa writes into your existing target system, whether that is care documentation, practice management, trade or assessment software. Scrypa does not replace your software, it replaces the keyboard.

Yes. Scrypa knows the terms, abbreviations, medications, materials, and proper names of your industry, and learns more with every recording. Technical terms are reliably recognized and spelled correctly, so the documentation matches the language you are used to.

Before the transfer you see the result in a structured form and can review and, if needed, adjust it at a glance. You retain professional responsibility and full control over what ends up in the system at all times.

Yes. You can record at any time, even without a signal. As soon as you are back online, Scrypa syncs the entries automatically in the background. So you stay able to work even in the basement, on the construction site, or out in the field.

Scrypa runs on your existing mobile devices (iOS and Android) as well as in the web dashboard. No additional hardware is needed. So you can start right away with what your team already uses.

Privacy & security

Securely documented, GDPR compliant.

Where your data is processed, what happens to audio recordings, and how we implement security and GDPR.

Yes. Processing and storage take place within the EU in line with GDPR. Audio data is deleted after transcription. We follow established security standards (including ISO 27001) and rely on lean, purpose-bound data processing.

Processing and storage take place exclusively within the European Union. A transfer to third countries without an adequate level of protection is not planned. This keeps your documentation within the legal framework of the GDPR.

The audio recording serves transcription only. After conversion into structured text, the recording is deleted. So no permanent audio archive of your conversations is created.

Your content is not used to train general third-party models without your consent. The professional adaptation serves the quality of your own documentation. We regulate the details transparently in the data processing agreement.

Yes. For use in institutions and businesses we provide a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. This way the data protection basis for your organization is cleanly documented.

The transfer between device and target system is encrypted. Access is tied to permissions, so that only authorized people can access the content. For us, security is a prerequisite, not an add-on.

Rollout & pricing

From pilot to everyday use.

How quickly Scrypa is ready to go, how the integration works, and how the pricing model is structured.

Scrypa runs on your existing mobile devices and is ready to go without lengthy IT projects. In a pilot area, Scrypa is usually ready for use within a few days. So you see early on how the effort changes for your team.

The integration depends on your target system. Commonly used systems can be connected in a structured way, so that entries land directly in the right place. In the first conversation we clarify what your integration looks like in concrete terms.

The start is deliberately kept simple: sign in, speak, quickly review, transfer. A short briefing is usually enough. Because Scrypa understands freely worded speech, staff do not have to memorize rigid commands.

Yes. We recommend starting with a clearly defined pilot area, for example one ward, one team, or one location. This lets you prove the benefit in your everyday work before you roll out more broadly. We are currently looking for pilot partners specifically.

Scrypa is provided as a subscription. The exact price depends on team size, the industries, and the scope of the integration. A transparent, predictable model is important to us. You can find an overview on the pricing page, and you receive an individual quote in the demo conversation.

Arrange a short demo conversation. In about 30 minutes we show how Scrypa documents in your industry, and discuss integration, privacy, and price. You can reach us any time by email at hello@scrypa.com.
